We design it and build it.
A remodel usually means hiring a designer and a separate contractor, then hoping the two get along. We handle both — your project is planned and built by one family, start to finish.

Before a wall moves, we lay out the whole remodel with you — layouts, 3D views, and materials curated down to the last finish, so you approve the real thing, not a guess.
Then we build it.
One accountable crew carries that plan all the way through construction, and for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing we bring in licensed specialists we would put in our own homes — so the home you signed off on is exactly the home you get, down to the final detail.

We buy homes outright — inherited properties, rentals you're tired of, houses that won't pass an inspection. You don't repair anything, stage anything, or wait on a buyer's financing. Dean Designs Consulting is a family-owned home remodeling and consulting company. Design and construction live under one roof, and under one family, so the people who plan your remodel are the same people accountable for how it's built.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so each receives the attention luxury work demands, down to the way a door closes.
Dean Designs Consulting was established in 2025, but the experience behind it goes back much further. Our family brings 25+ years of remodeling experience, and when a project requires licensed specialty work such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or roofing, we partner with trusted licensed tradespeople to make sure each part of the job is done by the right expert.

Runs the build side. Brian walks every site, holds the trades to the drawing, and is the one who says no when a shortcut would cost you later.
Stephanie Dean
Keeps schedules, budgets and permits honest. If you want to know where your project stands on any given Tuesday, Stephanie already knows.
Tai Dean
Shapes the vision for how each room will look and feel from the start, with a focus on finishes, materials and color. As the renovation nears completion, Tai helps bring that vision to life through the finishing details that make the room feel complete.
Lucy Dean
Every renovation starts with Lucy. She decides what comes out, what stays, and what is worth saving before anyone swings anything — because a careful demolition is what keeps the surprises out of week three.
Johnathan Dean
Sets the look of every project. Johnathan takes the way a family actually lives and turns it into a plan, a palette, and a set of drawings you can picture yourself in.
David Dean
Runs the systems the business leans on — this site, the project files, the tools that keep an estimate and a schedule pointing at the same thing. Technology you never have to think about.
